Super Bowl Viewing Parties in Vegas Part Two

PLANET HOLLYWOOD

Planet Hollywood’s race and sports book is smaller but comfortable. Arranged stadium-style, the 33 plasma TVs are strategically placed on the bottom level for optimum viewing. The surrounding sports bar has extra seats and TVs and is a comfortable place to enjoy a drink and catch some action. However, neither the sports bar nor book has a big-screen TV.

Planet Hollywood has its own shopping mall and two big showrooms, the V Theater, and the Saxe theater with afternoon shows for the ladies.

PLAZA HOTEL AND CASINO

You can take a hop over to the sports book to place bets—plenty of action!  Tickets are $100 per person until Jan. 31st and go up to $125 on Feb. 1st, so think about buying now.  https://www.plazahotelcasino.com/entertainment/the-big-game-viewing-party/  Fremont Street provides a lot of things to see and do, so the ladies can stroll along and stop at a number of great spots. See Container Park, 4 blocks to the east.

Westgate Las Vegas

When this sports book originally opened in 1986, at the Hilton Hotel it set the standard for a new generation of race and sports books in town. Boasting 350 seats, it soon became known as the original “Super Book,” the eighth wonder of the gambling world. The Super book features 30,000 square feet with 28 giant screens, and one massive 15 by 20-foot screen for a grand total of more than 60 viewing monitors. This is where Elvis played his concerts. It has now been the Westgate for over 5 years.

Wynn

The Wynn resort boasts one of the most luxurious and exciting sports books where it merges state-of-the-art, multiple screened action with a deep wood-toned lounge setting. There are 37 plasmas and three big screens, the largest of which is 12 feet by 12 feet. Plenty of great restaurants to order a snack and is directly across the street from the giant Fashion Show Mall where your wife or girlfriend can occupy her time.
