The grand opening of Carmelita’s on E. Charleston was roaring on Thursday! Over 200 guests packed the new place to celebrate their grand opening. Big Congratulations to my great friend Patricia Alcalde for her first year of Radial Program 1460AM and to our friend Leticia Mitchell for the opening of her third restaurant, CARMELITA’S Sea and Land.
The band was exuberant and drinks were flowing! Everyone had a terrific time and Patricia was the belle of the ball, talking and welcoming everyone. I had a great time and loved the food. Truly authentic—not just another Mexican restaurant; it’s top notch! Plenty of parking in the back.
