Totally Olive Oils & Vinegars is the newest of the fabulous new shops that have sprouted in Las Vegas and the valley.

The ever elegant Charlie Palmer Steak House, in the Four Seasons Hotel on the Las Vegas strip, has an international series of dinners this winter.

This high-end eatery has the great team of Lanny Chin and Jordan Mendez, along with Ryan Labbe manning the place.  With high end tequilas, mescals, and plenty of top shelf liquor, the food was amazing.

Today I was at GREAT GREEK MEDITERRANEAN GRILL on W. Craig. This is their 3rd Las Vegas location, along with one in West Palm Beach.

EL DORADO CANTINA RESTAURANT was opened in Las Vegas in 2014. Every item on the menu is organic and non -GMO and has truly unique flavors.

CHARLIE PALMERS, that terrific chain of five restaurants just wrapped up its third in a series of country dinners.  I attended and wrote about the first one, from Argentina, and came back for the third one featuring Japan.
