EATALY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow, what a fantastic place. Thursday night we were treated to a marvelous party, with the most amazing spread of delicious appetizers.
EATALY is all over the world, I believe like 17 locations and the one in Las Vegas on the strip in the Park MGM is amazing. With over 40 small shops to huge Italian restaurants, EATALY is a true Italian trip. I have been there many times and always surprised at the wonderful smells of fresh bread, pizzas, and lots of sauces on everything. Wine bars, dessert shops, it is basically straight from Italy.

EATALY Bar, where we met, sits right on Las Vegas Blvd. Each kiosk has a never-ending variety of the freshest and most appetizing meats, cheeses, fruits and desserts. All of the kiosks and restaurants are the highest quality and the food comes quickly.
I have eaten here a half dozen times and am full the rest of the day. We ate lunch and snacks here along with dinner. I think their cannolis are some of the best I have had with crispy shells and creamy ricotta/mascarpone stuffing. You can take out, or ask for delivery. Look up this place when you are in Las Vegas.
