This editorial is long overdue. I have known Fran and Rhett now for years. I think it is absolutely fair to say the entire Florida biker community would not thrive and be as vibrant as it is if it weren’t for Fran and Rhett her husband. I will dare to say some businesses and even competitors of hers would not exist if it wasn’t for www.LawFran.com!
During the pandemic, I have witnessed Fran anonymously coming to the rescue of individuals and businesses with zero benefits to her or her business in doing so. A multitude have tried to “dethrone” Fran only to leave with their tails between their legs. There are still a few out there trying to emulate her. When your competition tries to copy you, it’s the greatest compliment isn’t it? I myself in 2017 faced a situation where I had a choice to stay with an organization which turned its back on Fran to partner with a competing attorney or, remain loyal to Fran at the risk of no longer being published by them. I chose the later and, I have no regrets. And the organization that turned their back on Fran? Well, they learned a lesson as so many did when choosing money over other more important fundamental values. This editorial is my Christmas gift, my testimony and, my very best wishes to Fran, Rhett and their entire team.
You see, when you hire Fran and her team as your attorney, you are associating yourself with a team of altruistic individuals. Altruistic in the sense that your needs will have priority over their own and when your case will close, the money paid to Fran I can assure you does not all go in her pockets. It goes right back in the communities for good causes. I counted over 50 different charities which she calls “partners” on her web site. I have said for years that Fran, Rhett and the Law Fran team put the human soul back into the practice of law. Oh yes of course I have randomly in very rare occasions heard some criticism about Law Fran but the back story always reveals truths that make you go “Oh! Ok!”.

So much more could be written about Fran and Rhett, starting with the humble beginnings of her family. A hard-working dad she adored who left this world too soon (RIP). A sweet, multi-cultural, educated, sophisticated, and nurturing mother who is actively enjoying her grandmotherhood to Fran and Rhett’s badass and most precious sons.
