Grape and Almond Focaccia–Yum!

Another satisfying and easy-to-make recipe. Of course you can substitute with cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, or even mango pieces. Just be sure to get that extra crunch from the almonds.

Coat a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil. Use a 22-ounce room temperature pizza dough and press onto the sheet. Toss 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes with 3/4 cup of slivered almonds and 1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary and olive oil and spread over the dough. Let it rise for 30 minutes. If you wish, sprinkle with a little of the flaky salt.

Bake at 450 degrees until it is golden and crisp on the bottom approx. 22-24 minutes.
