Interviewing Creators of the Web Series Genre


Peter Papageorgiou has over twenty years of experience in the entertainment business and brings an eclectic wealth of value to any project he works on.  He has worked as an actor, director, writer, and now producer, which enables him to have an understanding regarding all facets of the business.

Originally from Queens, NY, he is drawn to real life experiences and characters that make up the framework for an exciting project or projects in TV, Film, and commercial.

Peter has written and produced such shorts films as “Big Man on Mulberry Street” which premiered at the Vortex Theatre in New York, and “Toothpicks” a British comedy which has played in various film festivals in Los Angeles, CA.

Among his many projects, he has developed and written a scripted TV pilot called “Late Bloomers” that is currently being pitched in Hollywood. Harry Werksman who has produced and written for TV hits such as Castle, Grey’s Anatomy, and Ugly Betty is interested in producing and writing for Peter’s comedy pilot.

Other projects in development are “Sexton Heights” (Horror/Comedy) and a New York comedy called “Pumping Up”.  His background is also in advertising and editing, and he is now producing reality.

Papageorgiou’s latest project which recently had its premiere on iTunes,, and is an audio podcast where Peter hosts and interviews creators of web series.
