Out of over 700 national locations, this new Red Lobster is only one of four with this new updated look and feel. Totally family-oriented with a whimsical feel, happy-go-lucky attitude, I love the new concept.
You are welcomed with lobster trap lights on the ceiling, a very unique touch. Plenty of seating and parking at this great location. They have a new sampler tray with lobster pizza, mozzarella cheese sticks, and Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp. 
Entrees now include a Maine lobster tail with jumbo shrimp skewers, and Atlantic salmon on a bed of rice with brown butter sauce. There is a Cajun chicken linguini Alfredo, and a seaside Shrimp Trio with shrimp served on linguini. All served with a choice of side. 
And then to-die-for Snow Crab legs, with snow-white crab meat. There are plenty of other dishes to choose from. Key Lime pie is my preference for dessert along with a great drink from the bar.
It’s worth the drive to 1870 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas. Open 7 days a week 11-10 p.m.
