However, when CBS approached Brookwell McNamara about launching a “Girl Power Hour,” Susie campaigned to be a part of it. She not only secured a role as the head writer for “Cake” but was also later asked to oversee “Dance Revolution” due to CBS’s dissatisfaction with its original writing. She successfully juggled both productions, working tirelessly in a single studio to bring these projects to life.
Her talents didn’t stop there. She also played a key role in the production of the Lionsgate film “Bratz.” Initially brought on as an associate producer, Susie’s keen eye for storytelling became evident when she rewrote two audition scenes, transforming the film’s narrative. Her changes were so well received that she was offered the role of lead screenwriter for the entire movie.
