Valentine’s Day Menu-Delivered to You in Las Vegas

I am going to rave once again about a wonderful catering place in Las Vegas called Diamond Events. If you are in town for Valentine’s Day, have it delivered right to your door. Order from them year-round if you are doing a meeting, trade show, or holiday party; they will do you right.

This Valentine’s Day, you have your choice of the following:

First Course—Choice of 2

Bacon-wrapped scallops, pan-fried Rosemary lamb chops, Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon or Beef Wellington turnovers, Cucumber cups filled with Fresh Crab Salad, or Crab Cakes

Second Course–Choice of 1

Spinach apple cranberry pecan salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Italian chop salad or Caesar; or broccoli cream soup or roasted butternut squash soup with candied pecans.

Main Course—Choice of 1

8 ounce Fillet of Snapper lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection, topped with/a creamy dill sauce served with risotto and steamed vegetables

10 ounce Filet Mignon grilled to perfection served with garlic mashed potatoes and glazed baby carrots (available per request Béarnaise sauce or Peppercorn drizzle).

Airline Chicken—a classic 60s bone in, full chicken breast with a buttered white wine reduction sauce served with lemon risotto and a classic California vegetable medley

Classic Osso Buco, a fall-off-the-bone veal tender slow-cooked in a red wine reduction served with mashed potatoes and seared asparagus
