We were doing some research about food and looking for better alternatives for trying to eat better. As a food lover I try moderation for everything because I have learned that in many cases to eat good food was to eat food that lacked in taste and texture. Straight UP, I HATE TOFU!!
I started searching the web for some great alternatives and came across something that I cannot wait to try, it’s fooled lots of people and is a great alternative; as you will see from the video below they actually focused on TEXTURE!! Whoohoo.. I am talking about Beyond Meat!

I believe with this kind of Food Tech happening in the world it will help people with disease and change our bodies for the better. You be the judge personally I think this is a step in the right direction – but the industry needs to be monitored so that cheap imitators cannot cash in on a good thing — Just My Opinion!
