FIRST WATCH FIRST IN LAS VEGAS
This morning was the launch of the new FIRST WATCH breakfast and lunch dining place at 1020 E Craig Rd in Las Vegas. Packed to the hilt with not a chair to spare, we had a delightful experience. All homemade and the freshest of food.
I checked out the Purple Haze, fresh and tasty juice with lemon and lavender. The salmon benedict was fantastic with a side of 
salad on the plate, and the hollandaise sauce was perfect. My friend had a bright, refreshing salad with kale and organic mixed greens with carrots, strawberries and blueberries, pecans and goat cheese along with a side of potatoes. The other diner had the waffles. They started us out with million dollar bacon and it was done to perfection.
Brand new in Las Vegas, though they are in many other states this place will definitely be a hit. Sandwiches include club, Veggie, roast beef and Havarti; salads including cobb, sweet honey pecan, and chicken and avocado. There are a couple of different hashes, bowls of pesto chicken, chilaquiles, breakfast bowls, lots of omelettes and frittatas, biscuits and turkey gravy to name a few. The homemade muffins of the day were perfect, hot chocolate chip this morning. Show up and have a great time.
