Carmine’s Italian Restaurant in the Forum Shops

Carmine’s is a massive restaurant located in the famous Forum Shops between Caesars Palace and the Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip. Two stories, with numerous private rooms, this magnificent restaurant is a great place to dine. With a happy hour, take out, gluten-free, and vegetarian menu, you will have a great time looking over the hundreds of photos on the wall. They serve everything family style—all your favorite dishes, including clams, mussels, pastas, and eggplant, await you.

Last night I dined with a party of six and we had mussels fixed two ways, eggplant rotelli, and calamari along with plenty of amazing appetizers. The meatballs are enormous.

Hot and cold antipasto salads, peppers and onions, lasagna, ravioli with cheese, rigatoni and broccoli; all the items are fresh, hot, and wonderfully seasoned. There are plenty of chicken, seafood, and beef dishes to pick from.
