Carmine’s is a massive restaurant located in the famous Forum Shops between Caesars Palace and the Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip.

The George Sportsmen's Lounge---Vegas's Newest Sports Lounge. We’ll be coming clear across town for a lot of the sports games as we were thoroughly impressed.

Casa Playa is a fantastic Mexican restaurant located in Encore on the Las Vegas strip. It showcases marvelous fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients along with a housemade masa menu.

Every morsel of the seafood was fresh and delicious. There is an open area bar overlooking the casino.

Great new bagel place in Las Vegas has opened—Bodega Bagels by St. Rose Hospital on Eastern. Their menu is varied and every item is terrific.  

The history of Piero’s is incredible. Probably every mobster that ever came to Vegas, and trust me, they all came, dined here numerous times. Every movie star that stopped in town dined here, and why not? There are multiple rooms all with their own history and photos of yesteryear.

This great place has both an indoor and a fantastic outdoor patio where most of the cooking takes place.

I spent Wednesday night at Virgin Hotels and the all new Kassi Beach House overlooking the pool. Vegas is always happening and for years, Virgin Hotels has had and continues to have some of the best pools, restaurants, and shows in their two showrooms. 

Tacos & Tequila is great! This fabulous Mexican restaurant which used to be on the second floor of the Luxor has now reopened at Palace Station.
