Great new bagel place in Las Vegas has opened—Bodega Bagels by St. Rose Hospital on Eastern. Their menu is varied and every item is terrific.
We started with a shared plate of Whitefish nosh & Bagel chips, 
Lower East Side platter with gravlax, whitefish salad, tomatoes, chives and scallion schmear, and red onion. The Israel Salad of tomato, cucumber, avocado, scallions, parsley, and mint was fantastic. For sandwiches they have wild-caught tuna melt and Reubens.
The place is happy and cheery, lots of items to grab and go, and lots to eat in. I’ll be going back at least once a month. The music was nice, and plenty of merchandise if you care to grab a shirt. There are granola bites for purchase. Parking is close to the door.
