Our Nevada Judges, for which Mr. Falconi is the administrator, is following the case of The State of Nevada vs. Michael McDonald, which involves criminal charges of perjury, forgery, and burglary, stemming from conduct in a high conflict child custody case between the Defendant and his ex-wife.
