The Drive for a Better Community
The Fun Spot America Golden Rule Project

If you are involved in local entertainment your best customers are, of course, going to come from your community. Finding ways to give back using your skills or time can only help to enhance your reputation, connections, and overall sense of well-being. I have been approached often to lend my time and talent for events small and large, each with its own focus or niche, and rarely have I walked away with anything less than a happiness that I could do something to help that group on that day. The passion fueling the respective businesses and organizations behind non-profit or community-oriented events and their desire to make their part of the world a little better can be infectious and is always inspiring. And if you can have a lot of fun while you’re making great things happen, so much the better. And for serious summer fun, it’s hard to beat a theme park!

One business that has tuned into the needs of the teachers and students in its community is Fun Spot America Atlanta, located just south of the city in Fayetteville, Georgia. Founded by John Arie, Sr., 1990, this family-owned business with three locations (two in Florida) has a strong belief in treating others the way you wish to be treated. As part of their #GoldenRuleProject, they are giving back $5 of every single day fun pass purchased on Saturday August 17, 2019, to the teachers and students of Fayette County Schools. Purchase some for family or friends—you can buy up to ten and use them any time before June 2020! I (DJ Audioprism) will be on hand with fun summer jams, games and contests and a bunch of hula hoops because we should always have hula hoops around. The fun and the special ticket pricing start at 9:00am and go until noon, getting the day started right with tons of fun and a boost for burgeoning minds and the ones that cultivate them!

Ride unlimited outdoor attractions including: Rip Tide, Ferris Wheel, Road Course, Sprint Track, Jr. Track, Samson Track (all tracks require fully enclosed shoes), Bumper Kars, Paratrooper, Riptide, Bumper Boats, Scrambler, Spider, Scooby Swing, Kiddie Carousel, Kiddie Ferris Wheel, Banana Squadron, Super Slide, Jeep Jamboree, Drop Zone and the Screamin’ Swing. For those who want more, explore inside and treat yourself to Top Golf, the Arcade, Play Maze, Laser Tag or the Diner.
