Las Vegas has become one of the top culinary destinations across the whole U.S.  There are plenty of well know chefs and fabulous restaurants all over the city.  And one of the most popular events of the year is Vegas Uncork’d.

Vegas Uncork’d By Bon Appétit will be from May 9 – 12 2019.  The fantastic mixture of world-class chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers, and mixologists shines a spotlight on Las Vegas for the last 13 years.  Some of the casino companies represented this year include Wynn Las Vegas, The Cosmopolitan, Caesars Entertainment, and MGM Resorts International. pic

Many of this year’s Vegas Uncork’d chefs are back once again. Some of the chefs at Vegas Uncork’d 2019 include Guy Savoy, Roy Choi, Gordon Ramsay, Christina Tosi, Lisa Vanderpump, Guy Fieri, Masaharu Morimoto, Julian Serrano, Michael Mina, Mark LoRusso, Nobu Matsuhisa, Will Guidara and more.gordon

“Over the years, Las Vegas has evolved into one of the world’s most exciting culinary destinations,” said Cathy Tull, chief marketing officer for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. “We’re excited to partner with Bon Appétit to showcase this incredibly comprehensive collection of distinguished restaurants, chefs, master sommeliers, and unique epicurean experiences, all in one thrilling weekend.”

New experiences at Vegas Uncork’d

New activations this year will include, Champagne Brunch & Truffle-Making with Christina Tosi, Master Series: Gordon Ramsay’s Favorite Things, Roses and Rose with Lisa Vanderpump, who recently opened her new venue in Caesar’s Palace,  Under the Stars at The NoMad Pool, and May the Best Chef Win: Celebrity Poker Tournament.

May 9 – Master Series: An Evening of Steak and Scotch with Greg and Marc Sherry, featuring Macallan. Greg and Marc Sherry from Old Homestead Steakhouse at Caesars Palace have a one-of-a-kind dinner for GQ Magazine. Included is a variety of scotch whiskey from Macallan and a four-course dinner.
May 9 – Roses and Rosé with Lisa Vanderpump: This event is hosted by Lisa Vanderpump at the all-new Vanderpump Cocktail Garden inside Caesars Palace. There will be sweet and savory bites as you mingle in the lush, candle-lit indoor garden. Filled with plenty of greenery and bringing a sense of peace and calmness, this venue took over from Elton’s John’s place.
May 10 – May The Best Chef Win: Celebrity Poker Tournament: This is all new and should be lots of fun.  Some of the biggest names from the culinary world will compete in the Celebrity Chef Poker Tournament at the Wynn Las Vegas Poker Room.
May 11 – Champagne Brunch & Truffle-Making with Christina Tosi: This is a Saturday morning brunch with James Beard award-winning pastry chef and owner of Milk Bar, Christina Tosi. In addition to enjoying a sweet brunch, guests will have the opportunity to participate themselves.  There will be an interactive cake truffle-making class with Christina.
May 11 – Master Series: Gordon Ramsay’s Favorite Things: Gordon Ramsay will let guests see and try some of his favorite dishes throughout the years.  Get a glimpse of some of his favorite recipes. Afterward, a seated multi-course dining experience as well.
