A seed… Is nothing more and nothing less, It just is.

In the journey of the soul, the ultimate desire is love. But, in the game of life, love seems to weave in and out.

We began our journey as many of you have, with a thought and a passion to help others. Over the years it became clear there is more to life than waking up every day, doing our thing, falling asleep and doing it all again the next day.

Life experiences can leave us feeling fractured and uncertain, but we can rise above into the beauty of living—balancing mind, body, spirit, and soul.
